Could it be true? Could this self-described Dog Sweater Pattern Generator actually work? It seems like a lofty claim, but we had some degree of success generating custom descriptions based on measurements that we entered – and it will even mention the name of your dog in the results. Print a pattern of your specification out for later use and give it a shot. Please leave comments and tell us what you think of this ambitious little page. Did you end up using it to actually knit a sweater? Inquiring pooches want to know.
it’s a bit clunky, but i have run a couple sizes through it and it seems solid. that lady should tweak it a bit and pretty it up a bit. maybe it could be featured more prominently here at dgk?
On your old website you have a crocet pattern for a One Piece Solid Dog Sweater and one of the instructions states:
Neckband:
Rnd 1: With right side facing and MC, join yarn with slip st at seam; ch 1, sc evenly around,
join with slip st to first sc.
Can anyone tell me what “MC” is? I am a beginner and that term is not familiar to me. Thank you
MC means main color, CC means contrast color.
I used the pattern for the one-piece solid dog swaeter from your old site. I had already adjusted the pattern for the dogs I was making them for, but I thought I would try the measurement “machine” to see how close it came to what I came up with. It was VERY close! Is there a place to post a picture of the two I made (with the doggies in them, of course!?)
Where can I find this smallest sweater?
May I have the web site where this smallest pattern is found as I have a tiny chihuahua his name is Tiny.
